Intermittent problem: Only occurs when it rains. Key switch is turned on, fuel pump activates but does not turn off after a few seconds. Truck does not start. Truck does not hold a code.
Actions completed. Relays replaced, fuel pump changed one year ago. Filter checked ok, fuel rail pressure 28 lbs. good vacuum on ECR.
Note: In the middle of day when hot, truck will start but runs out of tune. When it is dry truck runs fine.
