| make | Ford | | model | ranger xlt | | year | 1989 | | what | I have replaced: fuel pressure regulator, ICM, coil. MAP checked out fine against a new one= no change. Have cleaned butterfly valve w/ toothbrush= no change. The throttle is revving @ 2000 rpms, after warm-up and drivng. I can turn off the ignition and restart and it idles fine...take-off and stop and idles @ 2000 rpms again. Is it the throttle position sensor/ or what? please help.thanks |
