1990 Ford Aerostar Malfunction - Heating & Cooling System

Question: Hello, I have a 1990 4.0 Ford Areostar. The heater is malfunctioning. The blower works fine and adjust to all 3 speeds. There's no hot air, just cool air that blows out from the vent. Could this be just a bad thermostat? Please help.......
