1988 Ford Crown Victoria Won't Start - Heating & Cooling System

Question: The blower for the heater and ac does not work. It started out as an intermittent problem now it never works. I have replaced the thermal limiter and the blower switch. The grounds are good [at least the ones I can find]. This car has the automatic climate control so I'm wondering if there is a thermostat or sensor. My Haynes manual [not worth the paper it is printed on compared to Chilton] does not show it.
