Technican: Center Body Pillar Inside Lower Finish Panel
Removal
1. Remove the rear screw from the front door scuff plate.
2. Remove the front screw from the rear door scuff plate.
3. Detach the front and rear seaming welt from the center body pillar area.
NOTE:
Wrap a shop rag around the tool used for removing the center body pillar inside lower finish panel to prevent damage.
4. Insert a flat-bladed tool behind each of the three retaining clips and twist the tool to disengage the clips from the body.
5. Unsnap the upper edge of the center body pillar inside lower finish panel from the roof side inner front moulding.
6. Separate the trim from the front door scuff plate and the rear door scuff plate and remove the center body pillar inside lower finish panel from the vehicle.
