Technican: Easy,
One of the two fan relays under the engine-compartment fuse box has gone bad, or the fan motor itself fried. I've seen this many times. Start the car cold, and watch the temp gauge, it shouldn't go much over half before the coolant fan comes on. If it does, and the Check Engine light is still on, then check you oil or coolant temperature sensor. A quick scan with a computer will pinpoint the problem quickly.
