Technican: normally on the ends of the roof rack rails there are covers which pop out revealing the mounting screws/bolts. If this is where you think the leak is at you can seal it with a layer of Permatex at the screw mounting hole. If it is the windshield then it is best to call a glass company such as Lee & Cates auto glass. If you need more assistance you can contact me at upon acceting this response....

Owner: Nope. There are no endcaps.
