Technican: Does the door glass motor make any kind of sound when you depress the switch? If it doesnt theres a chance the motor, switch or regulator are bad. A test to and from the switch would confer condictivity. Direct power to the motor would assure the motor is still alive. I'm trying to recall if your year and model was equiped with a regulator that operates on a cable type pulley system. If this is the case, a cable runs over a plastic pulley and the pulley in many cases breaks and causes the bind. You say you have used WD40 in the past. I don't know where you were applying it. Most of all the above mentioned senerios require the removal of the door trim panel to diagnosis. If you are not savy enough to do this on your own, I would suggest a dealership that has a bodyshop or a well established bodyshop to carry out your repair.
