1993 Ford Explorer Won't Start - Fuel System
Question: When I turn the key the fuse for the fuel pump keeps popping, Ive tried changing the pump relay. I need to know if it is maybe a bad pump or maybe electrical.

Technican: It is both .. you just need to isolate it.. to test if it is the fuel pump try unplugging the pump at the fuel pump harness (near the fuel tank) and turn the key on.. if the fuse pops it is in the wiring.. if it doesnt then 90% chance of it being the pump..
