1996 Ford Explorer Malfunction - Electrical & Lighting Systems

Question: when starting car my 4x4 indicator lights blink and my windows and sunroof won't work. Every now and then this doesn't happen. Also, my car won't shift out of third gear. I took it trans shop and they said all my gears were fine it must be something electrical.Sometime my o/d light flashes.
