1999 Ford Explorer Failing - Electrical & Lighting Systems
Question: My brake lights are suddenly out... all bulbs are fine..I have checked all fuses...all is good. All other lighting, etc. is working problem free.
I'm assuming this may be a wiring problem, but don't know where to begin checking or how to repair.
Any help would be of great assistance

Technican: Hi;
You might want to start at your brake light switch. It is located under the dash at the brake pedal. Try putting a jumper and see if the lights come on. . Technican: Hello, I see you have released this question. Did you check to see if the brake light switch is getting power and did you test to see if the switch will output voltage when it is in the 'On" position?
Please advise. Owner: Will do....thank you Here's How To Get Guaranteed Solutions In Minutes
