1979 Ford F-150 Pick-up Vibration - Chassis, Suspension & Steering

Question: truck is 4x4 when going down road if i hit a bump or bumps just right the front end starts shiming so bad i must slam brakes and pull over.feels like front end is going to come loose.when cold out rarely happens but in warm weather it is awful
