1993 Ford F-150 Pick-up Other - Fuel System

Question: fuel filter is stuck in the lines, and I want to replace it.

Technican: Hi; You might want to spray some penetrant in it. Usually some penetrating fluid and twisting the filter will loosen up the o-ring. .
Owner: I had already tried penetrating oil. The inline filter has been on the truck over 100, 000 miles. I removed the clips, and have tried pry bars, etc. The filter does move back and forth about 1/4 inch in both the input and output lines. I'm afraid of breaking the filter off into the lines. Help!
Technican: Hi; Sounds like you might want to try blowing out around it. If the filter is moving about a 1/4", sounds like something is holding it. I would be more afraid of breaking the ends on the fuel lines. If possible take a pick and run it all the around the inside of the connector while trying to pull the line off. .
Owner: Is there a special tool that can be purchased to be used as a puller in separating the fuel line from the filter? All that you previously offered does not work.
