Technican: After working for FOMCO for 14 yrs, I believe this is still a dealer only item. The part you are lookng for is incorpurated with the turn signals and air bag if you are so equiped. If you have'nt done so already, check direct power to horn to make sure horn is opperable. They sometimes freeze and no longer work. Otherwise, check fuse relay. If all else fails, the steering wheel and upper and lower covers need to come off to replace the turn signal combo.

Owner: the contact ring fell apart when the steering wheel horn button was taken off to see why the horn kept blowing
Technican: You need to replace the sigal light/ air bag/ horn switch combo. If you already have the steering wheel and covers removed, there should be 3 screws holding the unit in place. Disconnet your battery before doing anything else. Go to your local Ford dealer and ask for a turn signal switch(take your old one and have your VIN# if possible) When reinstalling, make sure connections are good and clean.
