Technican: Hi,
I can help you with the timing marks.
If you have a 4-cylinder, set the crankshaft at TDC as indicated on the crank pulley and timing cover pointer. Set the cam pulley with the pointed at approximately 4:30...exact center of the access plug on the cover.
If you have a V6, set the crank pulley with the mark at 12:00. Set the cam pulley with its mark at 6:00. The 2 marks and the center bolts should be in a perfectly straight line.
