1988 Ford Taurus Malfunction - Electrical & Lighting Systems
Question: When I turn my wipers off they won't return to park position, they start to return to park but insted they go to the maximum vertical position and then stop, all other functions work correctly. They used to return to park somtimes but now not at all.

Technican: Hello, If you are not familiar with servicing the "Park Switch" inside the wiper motor gear case, I recommend you change the wiper motor assembly. (You'll get the best warranty.) Parts are very easily found at most national chain auto parts stores. Replacement instructions for the motor should be included with your purchase.
