Technican: Hello, Are you saying that NO lights (front or rear) come on with turn signals or the Hazard Warning Lights?
In the dash fuse panel you should find seperate fuses for turn signals and stop/hazard lights. Do you have a meter or a 12 volt dc test light? Are the fuses good with the key ON?
Do you have brake lights?
If all the fuses are good and the bulbs are good it may be just the turn signal flasher. But, I believe the hazard lights have a seperate flasher and find it odd that no lights will flash. The turn signal flasher in on the wiring harness under the dash, near the steering column..or sometimes near the center of the dash behind and below the radio. The hazard light flasher is in the fuse box. (This one might be removed and is missing.)
If all this checks out, you might need the turn signal switch in the steering column as both stop and turn lights go through this switch. Fuses, bulbs, flasher unit..then turn signal switch- last.
