1998 Ford Taurus Malfunction - Windows & Glass
Question: My drivers door control for the windows failed to allow me to raise the window and none of the windows work from any door control. Also the intermitent windshield wiper control no longer works. Door mirrors and locks work fine. I have checked fuses and relays under the steering column and near the radiator. The motor is good in the door itself because I was able to 'hot wire' it back up closed, through the control plug. I disassembled the control and tested its continuity and all seemded okay??!!

Technican: Hello, Do you have 12 volts at the drivers power window control switch connector? When you checked your circuit breakers were any of them warm/hot to the touch? Do you have a map of fuse/circuit breaker locations and what they go to?
I'll get a wiring schematic and try to help. Technican: Hello, Have you had a chance to check for voltage at the window switch connector?
Please advise. Technican: Hello, Still need help here? Technican: Hello, May I hear from you concerning the status of this question, please? Here's How To Get Guaranteed Solutions In Minutes
