Technican: Have you changed the fuel filter? I would start there.. if the problem leaves and comes back after a short period of time then you have trash in the tank. If you want more info on dropping the tank let me know.

Owner: Well a few things happen when you get water in the tank. The fuel filter will get clogged and either run like junk or not at all. The tank will develop rust inside the tank and also in time an algea will also begin to grow. All this will contribute to engine / fuel system failure.
