1987 Ford Tempo Malfunction - Electrical & Lighting Systems

Question: The problem is that the starter will turn over, but the car will not start. I have checked for gas, spark, etc and all that is fine while your crank the engine. I have no power to my assecories when the key is turned to inition. According to the handbook, there is suppose to be a 20A fuse for assesories that is under the hood next to the starter solonid, but I can't find it. I think this fuse is the probelm. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Technican: I am not aware of a fuse in that location In the fuse box under the dash there is a acc fuse that could be the problem I think you are headed in the right direction. Another thing you want to look at is the cable coming off of the battery, the smaller cable could have a bad connection I will check on the link you were referring to and get back to you
