Technican: If the vibration improves at 75 or 80, then it is coming from the tires/wheels. In gerneral, if you can feel the vibration in the steering wheel, it is from the front wheels, if it feels like it is from under your seat, it is from the rear wheels. Your case sounds like rear tire balance. If the balance is good, check for a bent rim, bent axle. Put the car on jack stands, block one rear wheel and run the speedo to 35MPH. Block the other rear wheel and compare the vibration, this will tell you which side it is coming from.
